Terms and Conditions
All bookings with theauditionFAM are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. All bookings are non-refundable. This includes all cancellations and no-show appointments.
2. Sessions are only held during the time of the booking, which must be paid for in full before the start of the session.
3. theauditionFAM has zero-tolerance for bullying, violence, harassment and illegal or inappropriate conduct of any kind. If any of these instances take place, we reserve the ability to terminate any session early, at our discretion. Perpetrators may also be liable to prosecution.
4. Unauthorised guests are not permitted to enter private sessions, unless agreed upon with theauditionFAM at least 24-hours prior to the start of the session.
5. All clients under the age of 18 must attend with a guardian, or with written consent, either by letter or email, from their guardian/parent/carer to attend the session.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings at theauditionFAM are final and non-refundable. If it is necessary to reschedule a session, clients can contact theauditionFAM via our email, to discuss rearranging the session. This will only be possible if notice is given by email at least 24-hours in advance of the booking.
Any cancellations and no show-appointments will not be refunded. Attempts to reschedule sessions with under 24-hours’ notice will not be possible, and payment will not be refunded.
Due to the busy nature of the business, please be aware that your booking may be subject to rescheduling.
